Back by popular demand from both mentors and mentees the IAA UK hosted its second Speed Mentoring evening of 2018 on the 12th of September. Hosted at Oath, and supported by Mediatel.
A unique, fast-paced mentoring experience which put our mentees face to face with some of the media industry's most prominent senior executives. Our mentors work across the media spectrum, from publishers, to advertisers, ad tech, agency and business owners.
An intimate event, it provided a rare opportunity to quiz our mentors for invaluable career advice and insight on the tips which took them to the top. Mentees rotated among the mentors in 10-minute time slots, marked by a whistle; with a small ratio of mentors to mentees, to provide the opportunity for meaningful conversations.
